Music is amazing.
If you’re planning a wedding, music is probably high on your list of priorities. Let me help you: it would be my pleasure.
Here are some of the things I’ve helped people with in the last fifteen years:

- Accompanying a singer or instrumentalist on guitar or piano (perhaps you have a friend or relation who plays an instrument or who has a lovely voice?)
- Performing a solo song chosen by the couple
- Performing a duet with a female singer
- Doing a reading
- Composing original music…
It’s a very special day so why not walk down the aisle to a piece of music specially written for you, performed beautifully by professional musicians?
I have written original music for several weddings now, consulting initially with the couple about what they’d like. For the entrance of the bride – what’s called the ‘processional’ – perhaps something regal, majestic, stately? For the happy couple to walk out to – the ‘recessional’ – something more bustling, joyful and energetic, maybe? I can write for any combination of instruments; again, you may have musical friends who you’d like to involve in your ceremony. All possibilities can be discussed to crown your day with something unique to you and your partner.
If you’re musically inclined yourself, why not let me help you arrange a melody you have composed?
Listen to an example of a recessional piece – ‘siúileann siad le chéile’ – that I composed for string quartet and piano:
The initial consultation would be free, so let’s set a date!

Would love to have tuned in but unable to access. Please help

If anyone else has trouble listening to any of the music on the site, please leave a comment and I’ll help you out – Jay.
This lot left me a “comment” consisting of text skimmed from my site. Don’t approve of their tactics but am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt as their website looks like they’re a good outfit. Check them out if you’re looking for a wedding band in the London area – Jay
