Spent a delightful evening a few days ago rummaging through the treasure cave that is Casa Beethoven. Found this LP of the marvellous pianist Clara Haskil playing Mozart piano concertos.

So great to have my traveling companion for the epic journey to Kerry and back for last night's Off The Wall wedding 😊

Just played an outdoor wedding ceremony under a magnificent beech tree. The processional was 'Turning Page' by Sleeping At Last, which I'd never heard before but is just lovely. Now for some food and then, later, some Off The Wall action.

Fantastic production of Translations by Brian Friel. A play that really impacted me as a young undergraduate in Edinburgh leaving behind Northern Ireland and trying to make sense of who I was.

Working on some Beethoven (Op.14, No.1 from the beautiful century-old edition that I had rebound last summer) and Robert Schumann's 2nd sonata. #WBMP #piano
